Following up on their agreed responsibilities for the handing over of the St Vitus Health Clinic to the Ministry of Health, the FHAG has ordered the construction of a borehole and the painting / repairs to the buildings (clinic and staff quarters). These tasks were succesfully completed July 4th under direction of the responsible Board member Momodou S. Kamara.
The St Vitus Health Clinic in Bakadaji has been established as one of the larger projects of the FHAG. For over 10 years now the clinic has been serving Bakadaji and surrounding villages with health services and support. At the start of the project enclosed in the arrangement was the taking over of the clinic by the Gambian Ministry of Healthcare. This proces has been taken into effect in the year 2014.
